One-Point Perspective
Here you will learn how to draw a basic cube in one-point perspective. In perspective drawing each line must point towards a vanishing point. The vanishing point is the point at which the lines disappear into the distance. In one-point perspective there is only one vanishing point, wheras in two-point perspective there are two vanishing points and in three-point perspective there are three vanishing points. To begin, draw a dot (vanishing point) on the page. Draw a square somewhere around the dot (vanishing point). Next draw straight lines from the corners of the square to the dot (vanishing point).
